Providing material support to a maximum of Rs. 50000.00 to start self-employment /further develop self-employment to return migrant workers who have been registered with the SLBFE and have been working abroad for at least one year and not more than 05 years after arrived to Sri Lanka.
Meet the Foreign Employment Development Officers attached to the divisional secretariat offices and complete the application properly according to their instructions and guidance and forward the application to the provincial senior manager of the SLBFE through the development officers.
